Deep tellurium refinement: improvement of equipment and technology using process simulation

Simulation data have been presented on tellurium deep refinement process based technique developed by the Authors and implemented basis of analysis thermodynamical condition unit using FlowSimulation software from SolidWorks. The suggested herein has in a plant having vertical air-tight reactor arranged inside multi-zone thermal providing for combination sequential stages different techniques integrated single process. calculations are experimental which allowed one to determine boundary conditions mathematical model previous experience work with abovementioned product. temperature profiles calculated taking into account all types heat transfer system, weight dimensions system components physicochemical properties refined tellurium, materials fittings media. modes specific known temperatures at local points where gages connected PID controller installed. During simulation technique, design equipment corrected. fabricated test models imitation equipment, fields final shown good agreement model. Equipment upgrading parameter correction results T-udo Grade be 99.99992 wt.% purity 30 main impurities product yield least 60% course physical experiments.
